Prenatal Yoga is a gentle way to support your body and mind during pregnancy. Through mindful movement, breathing techniques and short meditations, you'll build strength and flexibility while preparing for birth with calm and confidence.
This course is suitable for all pregnant women from the 13th week until the due date – no prior yoga experience needed. Enjoy some time just for you in a warm, supportive atmosphere.
Missed classes cannot be repeated a different day, as this is a closed course with lessons that build on each other. Also missed classes will not be refunded, regardless of the reason for the absence.
